Located 35 minutes east of George Town, this diving lodge is dedicated to dive enthusiasts, those whose vacation will focus on what lies beneath the waters. The lodge includes 17 guest rooms with air-conditioning, as well as a restaurant, bar, and gift shop. Two dive boats run to offshore wall dives and caves. Rates for a three-night package start at $368 in summer months.

Just a short drive from Rum Point, it's also fairly close to the action if you prefer things to be a little busy. The 20 guest rooms at this small resort include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, kitchenettes, and screened patios. The resort has a beach bar, dive shop, and tennis.

Amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, phones, TV, kitchenettes, pool, Jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, dive shop, scuba trips, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, and more.
Condos
Driftwood Village, (345) 947-9015, fax (345) 947-9138. $. Just four units mean that the pace is quiet and private at these condominium cottages. Rates start at $125 in the winter and fall to $95 during the summer months.
