Nightlife

Sunset sails are a good way to end the day and are offered by numerous operators (many with complimentary hotel pick-up). A unique place to watch for the green flash is aboard the Jolly Roger. Sunset cruises are offered on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Other nights, a dinner cruise starts with rum punch and features a Cayman-style dinner. Sunset sails are US $25 per person; dinner cruises run $54. (345) 949-8534 for reservations. Tours depart from Bayside in George Town Harbour.

Tarpon feeding from George Town Harbour restaurants is another popular evening event. Calico Jack's and The Wharf both schedule tarpon feeding, when the waters churn with these large silvery marine creatures hungrily snatching up chunks of fish.
